Air quality
The BAM 1022 automatically measures and records airborne particulate concentration levels (in milligrams or micrograms per cubic meter) using the industry-proven principle of beta ray attenuation.
The BAM-1022's integrated shelter does not employ air conditioning, which results in greater flexibility and lower energy consumption. The equipment is already prepared for installation in the field.
The BAM-1020 meets all United States Environmental Protection Agency requirements for reference and equivalent methods for monitoring air quality (PM2.5: USEPA Designation number EQPM-1013-209).
Asynchronous measurements of TSP, PM10, PM2.5 or PM1.0 are obtained by changing the sampling kit for sample treatment and selection of the aerodynamic diameter of the particles (sold separately).
